A Yes, we support custom products according to your needs.
Q How do I know which pallet is right for my purpose?

All you need to do is provide the following details and our sales team will recommend the right model.

a) Pallet size length * width * height.

b) Pallet load capacity: dynamic load, static load, shelf load.
Q I want to have my own design products, and the quantity is not so large, is that OK?

A Yes, we can adopt your custom design, regardless of quantity, however, please understand that costs will vary.
Q Where is your factory? May I visit?

A Our factory is located in Hengshui, Hebei Province. You are welcome to visit our factory anytime.
Q What other services can you provide?

A Logo printing, custom colors, one year warranty.
Q Is there any quality assurance?

A Warranty for one year. We replace any broken products free of charge during the warranty period.
